Executive Assistant (Resources) Job Openings in London

Group are looking for an Executive Assistant who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.

Working within the Resources Directorate, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the office of the Executive Director Resources. To organise and service senior meetings and seminars as required. To undertake project management tasks as required.

Job Description

You will provide extensive and efficient support to the Executive Director, Resources. This will include the management of high volumes of complex correspondence; the development and maintenance of directorate communications; travel, expenses and diary management; and comprehensive facilitation and support of meetings.

Resources directorate

The directorate is headed by the Executive Director Resources and is home to around 180 colleagues based in Farringdon in London and Horsham in West Sussex. The work undertaken by the different teams covers a wide range of professional disciplines, including finance, HR, IT, company secretarial services, governance, risk, compliance, legal, procurement and insurance. We are looking for someone who can coordinate work, events and communications across this diverse landscape with good humour, high levels of collaboration and a commitment to being an active member of the Resources directorate leadership team. It's an exciting time to join the Group as we embark on a new phase of growth, set against the political, social and economic challenges facing the social housing sector.
