About the Team
Our Corporate Finance M&A Healthcare business is a market leader in sell-side and buy-side transactions across Healthcare sub-sectors, with a particularly strong presence in Healthcare Services. We are involved in a substantial proportion of M&A Healthcare Deals across the UK and Europe.
Our team offers strategic advice to investors and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or investment opportunities. As part of the team, you will help our clients by providing specific commercial insight, market and competitor overviews, and investment/divestment advice and modelling.
We work with our clients to deliver innovative deal solutions, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. In short, we’re a part of helping some of the world’s leading Healthcare participants originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their companies.
The team has over the last three years had a consistently high volume of live deals on at any given moment and, as such, offers a great platform for someone to learn further and develop through real transactional experience.
About the Role
We’re recruiting for a Senior Manager to join our M&A Healthcare team, based in London. You’ll be working with a highly motivated team of specialist corporate financiers to support our clients from deal origination to execution.
As a Senior Manager you’ll be working across the Healthcare sector on the execution of buy side and sell side transactions. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of transactions including being responsible for delivery of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications
