Salary £19,737-21,142 pro rata plus shift enhancements for unsociable hours.
These are permanent posts and include shift work with each shift being 6 hours each.
The ability to speak Welsh isessentialfor this post. We are looking for individuals who can hold a conversation in Welsh.

You will be answering calls from the public for the 111/NHS Direct Wales service as part of the .
The ability to actively listen, make considered decisions and respond quickly and confidently is key to this role. The successful applicants will need to demonstrate they have worked as part of a team, ideally with a call centre background and will possess excellent communication skills. Excellent computer and keyboard skills are required as you will be entering patient information speedily and accurately onto a computer system.
Equally important is an ability to treat our patients with dignity, empathy and respect.
Shifts will predominantly be during the weekend, evenings and bank holiday periods and will include day and night shifts. Shift lengths will be 6 hours per shift ( except for night shifts) with a maximum weekly total of 30 hours per week. A flexible approach to work shifts is essential. The contractual weekly hours are negotiable and variable and range up to 30 hours per week.
All shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake an initial telephone-based interview and if successful at that stage will then be invited to attend for a formal interview. This interview will include a virtual interview, along with a skills assessment where candidates will be measured on their listening, accuracy and typing skills.
For successful candidates, training will be provided and paid on a full-time basis (daytime hours for approx. 5 weeks) and youmustbe able to commit to this and complete the training.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
