Customer Service Advisor Job Openings in Swansea

This is not a working from home position and candidates applying must be within an hours commute to Swansea, South Wales.

Who are we looking for?

Working in partnership with Virgin Media, Sitel Swansea are looking to grow our team of red-hot Customer Service Advisors on our multi-skilled department. We are looking for passionate sales and customer service professionals who can live and breathe our core values. We will need you to be computer literate and be comfortable supporting customers via the phone.

Customers will rely on you to answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them with a particular product or service. When a customer calls to break up with us, you’ll go out of your way to make things right. We need you to be the voice of the brand!

Start date, pay and hours?

Pay Rate – competitive - weekly pay plus great commission!

Contract – 6 month fixed term contract with the opportunity for a permanent role afterwards

Working Hours – full time, 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis within our opening hours

Opening Hours – 08:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri) 08:00 - 18:00 (Sat-Sun)

Location – Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7

Start Date – immediate starts available throughout July 2020
