• The Product Business Analytics Team (BAT) will provide advanced analytics, data extraction and modelling, and business insights to the Product business verticals
• The Manager will be part of the BAT team, and will be heavily involved in creating standardization and automation of the Product finance needs across verticals, while driving continuous efficiency.
• The Manager will be responsible for partnering with various finance teams for the Product businesses in New Payment Platforms and Commercial, to fully understand their reporting needs, develop and maintain those reports, and partner with the Centralized Reporting (CR) and Global Business Service Center (GBSC) and enhancement and automation.

• Manage, develop and create standardized monthly financial reporting specific to GP&S verticals that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs
• Partner with and support the New Payment Platforms and Commercial finance teams, including their CFOs, to understand their reporting and analytics needs and action in an effective manner
• Understand and provide thoughtful business driven commentary to reporting used for P&L management
• Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery
• Execute on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modelling; review and create suggestions to product/vertical finance business partners
• Review, prepare, and consolidate standard analytics and reporting on firm scheduled deadlines
• Support specific verticals within GP&S finance with reporting and data extraction needs
• Escalate analysis and key findings to BAT leadership and vertical finance business partners

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Solid analytical and financial skills, with the ability to develop financial models and analyze/identify issue
• Takes initiative to improve the existing structure and processes, while providing insights and thought provoking challenges to business partners through strong business acumen
• Experienced in forecasting/budgeting and monitoring current results
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong sense of urgency
• Excels in a deadline driven work environment
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Strong skills in Hyperion and Excel required
• Ability to standardize reporting/analyses across diverse businesses to drive efficiencies
