What will you be doing?

As our Attraction and Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering our People strategy. You’ll be responsible for our inclusive recruitment practices that deliver the right applicants, at the right time in a cost-effective way.
Working with key business managers to fully understand our recruitment needs, you’ll be able to translate their requirements into attraction proposals using modern sourcing methods.
You’ll work closely with our HR People Partners to fully understand our current and future talent agenda to create sourcing and attraction strategies that will deliver on their current and future talent requirements. In collaboration with our Brand team, you will develop of our Employer Brand and Social Media strategy to showcase our co-operative difference and attract the very best talent.
As well as providing the day to day technical advice and front-line support to Managers, you’ll make sure that all our processes and recruitment activities are legally compliant, as well as fully utilising the power of our applicant tracking system to deliver high quality hires and the future talent pools.
You’ll monitor the success of your chosen attraction channels to continually review and enhance their performance, as well as fully leveraging relationships with suppliers including recruitment agency partners and our chosen recruitment media specialists.
How will I know if I am right for this role? You'll have a passion for the full end to end recruitment life cycle, with proven experience in recruiting a diverse range of roles. This includes bringing your social media expertise, including the use of LinkedIn as an employer branding and direct sourcing tool.
This fast-moving role requires first class planning skills and a strategic mind set, complimented by an overwhelming drive for results to deliver success.
To succeed in this role, you will have a natural ability to build effective relationships with our hiring managers. You will need to show a real hunger for continuous improvement and be able to demonstrate where you've been able to add value through the introduction of new approaches or the delivery of key resourcing projects.
What's really needed, is your planned and delivery focused approach that delivers best in class recruitment for both managers and candidates. This is a part time, 4 days per week opportunity with a salary of £25,000 (£31,250 FTE). We support flexible working and are happy to discuss and agree a working pattern to accommodate your needs.
