We are now looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Harpenden on a full-time basis.

The Role
As a Customer Success Representative, you will ensure that our customers have the tools and resources available to deliver on their learning strategies.
As part of the Omniplex Customer Success Team, you will:

• Be responsible for the onboarding process with customers
• Focus on customer retention, ensuring renewal targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
• Effectively manage renewals using a pipeline
• Find opportunities to cross-sell within existing accounts
• Deliver on customer workflows
• Become an integral part of helping us to exceed our targets and goals
• Be able to demonstrate (both face to face and virtually) our range of software solutions
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities

About You
To join us as a Customer Success Representative, you will need:

• Experience of working with SaaS solutions
• Previous experience of demonstrating software to customers
• Pipeline management experience
• CRM experience
• A track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
• The ability to run engaging webinars on software
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A highly organised approach

Previous experience in a customer success role would be beneficial, as would experience of selling solutions to HR and learning and development teams. Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Excel and the eLearning industry would also be an advantage.
