Job Description

• Drive sales in the showroom
• Manage the end to end customer experience
• Communicate with suppliers
• Run social media campaigns
• Maintain and develop website
• Ensure service standards are reflective of the company standard
• Obtain regular feedback from customers to ensure they are happy with service
• Manage the displays in the showroom
• Receive and dispatch merchandise
• Manage stock room
• General maintenance of the showroom
• Administration
• Enforcement of health and safety

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience in retail is essential
• Industry knowledge is essential
• Stock management skills an advantage
• Will involve heavy lifting
• Be able to work 40 hours per week including working Saturdays
• Be computer literate
• Have a keen eye for attention to detail
• Be well organised
• Self-motivated, conscientious and have the ability to communicate easily with customers
