Would you like to join a forward thinking, dynamic team, working within a well-established customer focused Housing Association in Cardiff? We are currently recruiting for an ICT Officer (Information, Communication and Technology Officer), to join our ICT operations based at Tolven Court, with occasional travel to our other sites in Cardiff.
You will be an experienced & knowledgeable ICT Officer, reporting into the Head of ICT & Procurement. Your role will be to help manage and support a comprehensive system to all Association’s staff and stake holders as well as the Association’s business partners. You will work with a small team to help identify new opportunities, ensuring CCHA is at the forefront of its capabilities. You will support a busy electronic help desk, serving multiple departments, as well as an involvement in managing and delivering business projects.
A confident, natural problem solver with a positive attitude and the flexibility to occasionally work unsociable hours are pre-requisites for this role along with a key team player and can-do philosophy.
