As advanced Band 3 Care assistant, it is desirable that you have experience of a similar role in Complex Care, specifically with Learning Disabilities. It is equally important that you can demonstrate the right behaviours and attitude for working within an Adult Care environment. A full induction programme will be provided, alongside formal training opportunities.

Fairway Homecare have a exciting opportunities to offer, we are looking for individuals who are familiar with Complex Care, including:

• Tracheostomy Care
• Peg Feeding
• Experience with Learning Disabilities
• Experience with Challenging Behaviour

This role is for carers with a passion for what they do. You will be working with extremely vulnerable clients and will need to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are looking for people willing to work 10 and 12 hour shifts, be able to work independently and as part of a team, you will be dedicated to each client and their needs.
