You will update the policy hub for all colleagues to access relevant and up to date policies.
You invest your time and develop our administrators to ensure our colleagues are supported and receive correspondence in a timely manner.
You co-ordinate the team of administrators who support our stores and People Partners with people admin related tasks.
You plan the work completed by the team, ensuring it is fair and equally distributed.
You ensure all store disposal plans are communicated, supportive packs ready and calculations accurate for the colleagues.
You continually aim to raise the bar, ensuring we have the most highly trained colleagues, through achieving brilliant training plans.
You manage the colleague engagement survey process.
You support all people related administration tasks.
You are informed on store disposals / TUPE’s ensuring people partners have the tools to complete consultations.
You ensure the administrators retain all colleague data including the update of the sage system and the generation of People related reports.
