Administrator Job Openings in Lytham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a respected financial services practice within Lytham, Lancashire. You’ll take on a range of support and administrative responsibilities including communication with clients by telephone, post and email.



The role

This role will report in to the Office Manager and you will be working on client servicing, coordinating reviews with information brought together (wealth summaries/fund analysis) for the Adviser to take/discuss with the client, ensuring data files are kept updated and client data input information refreshed, plus assisting the Office Manager in their duties:

  • Providing pre and post-meeting support
  • Booking client meetings
  • Ensuring full assistance with the preparation of valuation reports and documentation in readiness for client meetings
  • Scanning and uploading completed paperwork to in-house system

About you

To be considered for this role applicants are required to have previous financial admin/support experience gained from within a similar environment. It is essential that you possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to write letters. Excellent IT skills are essential, including the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Be driven and want to progress with relevant qualifications
  • Experience of providing exceptional customer care
  • Some knowledge of FCA
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in a financial services administrative role (Desirable not essential)
