Hours:32-40 hours per week
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher / Professional to join our team of dedicated staff. The role is for a room leader’s position to cover maternity leave in our Preschool unit.
You will be leading a busy unit of both staff and children aged 3-5. The role is to implement and maintain a high quality, caring environment for the children. This includes creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities.
The successful candidate must hold at least a Level 6 in Early Years Education, have proven recent experience within a childcare setting, a working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and leading a team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have excellent time management skills, be of a motivated and positive manner and show commitment, enthusiasm and high energy levels. Knowledge of statutory and non-statutory policies essential.
