Office Administrator Job Opening in Helston

Spiral UK is the leading manufacturer of bespoke stairs in the UK.

We are currently seeking an administrator to support the growth of our established, fast growing and award-winning company.

The project administrator is required to handle incoming customer enquiries, orders and assist the sales managers with daily admin activities.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, as well as being organised, with great people skills and the ability to efficiently manage the workload effectively.

This is a permanent position consisting of 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Salary negotiable DOE and qualifications.

Main job tasks and responsibilities

  • Produce quotations and issue to clients
  • Enter enquiries onto CRM and keep updated throughout the sales order process
  • Produce sales orders and create relevant paperwork for files
  • Issue applications and VAT invoices for each project and ensure timely payments are received
  • Generate monthly reports from the CRM for sales managers
  • Completion of PQQ’s
  • Attend weekly project review meetings
  • Ensure CRM is updated and cleansed when required

Key Competencies

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills
  • Previous knowledge and experience of CRM systems is essential
  • Ability to make reasoned and objective decisions when necessary
  • Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
