We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to work as a pharmacy assistant on a flexible basis. The positions will be on an “as required basis” and would be suitable for any individual requiring ad-hoc work. We are looking for staff that would be available to work at either York or Scarborough hospital pharmacies.
The successful candidates will work as part of our friendly and experienced teams to provide the pharmacy service as an assistant technical officer. The key responsibilities of the position will be as follows:
Hours of work will be flexible, but would fall between the hours of 8.45am and 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am and 1.45pm on weekends and bank holidays.
Applicants must be reliable, patient focussed individuals and have good communication and organisational skills.
Experience of either working or volunteering, e.g. work experience in a pharmacy, is essential.
